Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director, Debt Compliance & Equity, the Debt Compliance Analyst plays a critical role within the Debt Compliance function serving as a primary resource for monitoring and ensuring the organization's adherence to all debt covenant obligations, credit facility requirements, and financial agreements across its capital structure. In this capacity, the Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate and timely compliance reports, certificates, and supporting documentation for lenders, internal stakeholders, and external advisors. This professional will collaborate cross‑functionally with Legal, Accounting, Treasury, and external partners to uphold the highest standards of financial compliance and reporting integrity. This position offers meaningful exposure to complex financial instruments, capital markets transactions, and debt portfolio management in a dynamic and high‑impact environment.
