As the Senior Contract Analyst, Finance, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle administration of Corporate Account contracts, including but not limited to RFP process, contract award, contract maintenance, and closeout, based in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, a typical day will include:

1. Reviewing the terms and conditions of requests for proposal and conducting contract administration in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, preapproved standards, and sales/marketing guidelines.
2. Partnering with functions such as Legal, IT, Finance, Credit, and Sales management to support proposed terms for new and amended agreements.
3. Preparing amendments and notification letters for existing contracts based on company needs.
4. Initiating changes to standard contract templates when business requirements change, submitting modifications to Legal, and maintaining the template library.
5. Communicating with all stakeholders to explain contractual language, risks, and alternative options.
6. Supervising client contract expiration reports and advising the sales team on renewal processes.
7. Serving as a subject matter expert on sales programs, rebates, discounts, and contractual language.
8. Managing administration of contracts ensuring rebates, discounts, fees, and pricing are accurate and approvals are obtained.
9. Performing detailed analysis of account performance, error reports, and compliance monitoring.

What You'll Bring to Alcon:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (e.g., high school 10 yrs; Associate 6 yrs; M.S. 0 yrs).
• Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
• At least 2 years of proven experience.
