Snapshot of the Role:

MasterClass is looking for a highly strategic and creatively driven Sr. Content Marketing Manager to help bring our most culturally relevant class launches and brand moments to life. Reporting into the Integrated Marketing organization, this person will lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across a slate of launches — shaping how the world experiences MasterClass through breakthrough storytelling, integrated marketing, and audience-first thinking.

This role sits at the intersection of entertainment, culture, storytelling, and technology. You’ll partner across Creative, Content, Talent, PR, Product Marketing, Social, and Performance Marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive both business impact and brand love. From creative and strategy briefing to launch execution and optimization, you’ll help shape campaigns that elevate the voices of the world’s most iconic experts and instructors.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an exceptional operator — someone who can move fluidly between big-picture campaign vision and the details required to execute high-impact launches in fast-moving environments. This person is highly collaborative, culturally plugged in, comfortable working directly with talent and instructor teams, and energized by bringing ambitious creative ideas to life.

At MasterClass, we’re a learning company at our core. In this role, you’ll work alongside world-class marketers, creatives, storytellers, and operators while helping evolve how modern marketing teams leverage AI, experimentation, and audience insights to drive smarter and more effective campaigns.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for a slate of MasterClass launches and cultural marketing moments, from positioning and strategy through execution and reporting
  • Develop integrated go-to-market strategies across owned, earned, paid, social, product, and talent/instructor channels
  • Write clear and inspiring creative and strategy briefs that guide compelling, insight-driven campaign work
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Talent, PR, Product Marketing, Social, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams to align campaign priorities and execute high-impact launches
  • Build strong working relationships with instructors and their teams to support campaign alignment, co-marketing opportunities, and launch execution
  • Use audience insights, campaign performance, testing, and experimentation to optimize marketing strategies and inform future launches
  • Support on-set campaign moments and production environments when needed to ensure creative alignment and real-time marketing opportunities
  • Help evolve campaign development approaches through AI-enabled tools, experimentation, and operational innovation
About You (Requirements):
  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, entertainment marketing, or consumer campaign strategy leading complex, cross-functional campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Proven experience developing integrated go-to-market campaigns that drive measurable business and audience impact across multiple channels
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with experience writing positioning frameworks, campaign narratives, and creative briefs
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across creative, marketing, product, talent, and executive teams
  • Experience working directly with talent, creators, instructors, or external partners in fast-paced campaign or production environments
  • Strong understanding of culture, audience behavior, and consumer trends, with an ability to identify opportunities for culturally relevant storytelling
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability around emerging technologies, including AI-enabled marketing workflows and experimentation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • This role is open to applicants based in the following locations: AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA or Ontario and British Columbia, Canada
