Job summary

ScienceLogic is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Professional Services Consultant to serve as the primary onsite technical interface for the ScienceLogic product line with Federal customers in the DMV region. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative team and engage with customers and cross-functional colleagues to ensure successful deployments.

You will lead installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting, provide technical guidance, and advocate for customer needs internally.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years supporting Federal customers.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to successfully complete a CI Poly
  • 7+ years with enterprise infrastructure monitoring, network management, or application performance platforms
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Linux administration/support experience
  • Strong enterprise infrastructure knowledge across Linux/Unix and Windows environments
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting enterprise monitoring/network management solutions
  • Hands‑on experience with SNMP, MIBs, traps and Syslog
  • Experience with MySQL and scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash or similar)
  • Strong customer‑facing, troubleshooting, communication and consultative skills
  • Ability to work independently, lead customer engagements and manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

  • ServiceNow, PagerDuty or other ITSM integration experience

  • PHP and/or Python experience
