Job summary

Knak Digital seeks a Senior Consultant to join our strategy team focused on telecommunications, media, and technology. The role is hands-on: you will own workstreams, lead junior members, and work directly with clients to turn complex questions into actionable recommendations.

You will shape the story, present findings to senior stakeholders, and mentor Analysts while contributing to market sizing, due diligence, go-to-market strategy, segmentation, pricing, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategy consulting experience or MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience owning a workstream and leading Analysts.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Experience developing and presenting client-facing recommendations.
• Experience in telecommunications, media, technology preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own a consulting workstream from problem definition through final recommendation.

• Manage and mentor Analysts, including delegating work, reviewing analyses, and providing feedback.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop insights and recommendations.

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to client executives.
• Contribute to projects involving market sizing, business modeling, customer research, go-to-market strategy, segmentation, pricing, and growth.

You will help turn complex business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations, while playing a meaningful role in shaping the story and presenting findings to senior client stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Own a consulting workstream from problem definition through final recommendation
• Break complex client questions into structured analyses, workplans, and deliverables
• Manage and mentor one to two Analysts, including delegating work, reviewing analyses, and providing feedback
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop insights and recommendations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant strategy consulting experience, or an MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience owning a workstream or equivalent project responsibility
• Experience managing or mentoring analysts or other junior team members
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and communication skills
• Experience developing and presenting client-facing recommendations
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and adapt your approach as the client's needs evolve
• Experience in telecommunications, media, technology, or related industries is strongly preferred
• Experience with market sizing, due diligence, go-to-market, segmentation, growth strategy, or similar strategy work is valuable
• MBA is a plus, but not required
• Authorized to work in the US

$150-180k base salary + performance bonus

Low travel by default, with teams working primarily from their home office

A relatively flat organization with performance-based advancement

A clear path toward Manager-level responsibility
