Responsibilities

• Lead key portions of client engagements, managing workstreams from initial analysis through final recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate market opportunities, business performance, growth strategies, operational improvements, and investment decisions.
• Gather and synthesize information from research, interviews, surveys, financial data, and industry analysis.
• Translate complex business issues into clear frameworks, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop presentations, reports, and executive-level materials that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, building relationships and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Support business development through research, proposal development, and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable results.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback and coaching.

Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 + bonus

Location: New York City - (4 days a week in office + travel required)
