ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager in St. Francisville, Louisiana to lead field operations on complex infrastructure projects. You will drive readiness, coordinate multi-trade interfaces, and ensure timely delivery while mentoring Foremen and field leaders.

The role requires extensive experience in Division 26, electrical or low-voltage scopes, with strong leadership, communication, and accountability to deliver project milestones.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in construction execution, field operations, or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience managing Division 26, electrical, or low-voltage scopes in complex projects.
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage self-perform crews and subcontracted teams.
• Understanding of grounding, bonding, and installation dependencies.
• Effective communication to drive accountability and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all field operations related to Division 26E scope, including enabling infrastructure, conveyance systems, grounding, and bonding interfaces.
• Drive project readiness, coordinate multi-trade interfaces, and establish installation discipline to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee installation activities, monitor daily production, and align with milestones and release requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities to ensure system readiness and turnover.
• Mentor and develop field leadership teams, including Foremen, to strengthen execution across the project.
