Lennar in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sr Construction Field Assistant to support construction managers from trenching through move-in. You will conduct on-site inspections, supervise trade partners across rough, finish, and final stages, and maintain daily logs to ensure quality and schedules.
Requirements include 3 years in homebuilding, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic Microsoft Office skills. You will mentor Jr.

The Sr. Construction Field Assistant oversees daily project operations, conducts home inspections to ensure compliance with instructions, coordinates with the office, and maintains accurate written records. They also undergo cross-training in customer care and forward planning, positioning them for future advancement in construction management roles. A career with purpose. We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $24.34 - $38, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses. This position may be eligible for commissions. This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
