Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, production assembly, electronics assembly, or related environments.
  • 4+ years of component-level electronics assembly and hardware integration.
  • 2+ years reading engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
  • 2+ years fabricating or testing RF cables and harnesses.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies, modules, boards, frames and cables.
  • Build, integrate, inspect, and test hardware in production, pre-production and prototype environments.
  • Fabricate RF cables, harnesses, and related components.
  • Load, configure and verify software on hardware devices; support quality initiatives and process controls.

What You'll Do
  • Perform complex production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies, modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cables.
  • Build, integrate, inspect, and test hardware in production, pre‑production, and prototype environments.
  • Fabricate RF cables, multifunction cable assemblies, harnesses, and related components.
  • Perform component‑level electronics assembly and support advanced soldering activities, including ribbon and strip‑line soldering for RF applications.
  • Load, configure, and verify customer and standard software on hardware devices.
  • Perform fabrication, marking, inspection, and production support activities.
  • Support quality initiatives through inspection processes, data collection, and process control activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to support production objectives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, production assembly, electronics assembly, electromechanical assembly, or related technical manufacturing environments.
  • 4+ years of experience performing component‑level electronics assembly, circuit card assembly, or electronic hardware integration.
  • 3+ years of experience reading and following engineering drawings, assembly instructions, manufacturing documentation, or technical work packages.
  • 2+ years of experience fabricating, assembling, or testing RF cables, wire harnesses, or complex electronic assemblies.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting prototype builds, pre‑production activities, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing inspection methods, quality procedures, SPC, or manufacturing process controls.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or manufacturing‑related certification preferred.
What Sets You Apart
  • Strong experience with Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and component‑level electronics manufacturing.
  • Experience building RF cable assemblies, multifunction cables, and electronic harness systems.
  • Ability to perform advanced software loading, configuration, and verification activities.
  • Knowledge of soldering techniques for RF applications, including ribbon and strip‑line soldering.
  • IPC 7711 certification.
  • Strong understanding of Statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
  • Experience supporting highly regulated manufacturing environments such as aerospace, defense, electronics, or advanced technology industries.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Overtime: May be required based on production schedules and program needs.
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of manufacturing, assembly, and production operations.
  • Work Environment: Advanced manufacturing, production, and laboratory environment supporting complex electronic and mechanical systems.

  • Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
