ADP is seeking a Sr. Communications Specialist in Florham Park, NJ to plan, write, design and execute internal and client communications programs. The role emphasizes storytelling and engaging employees and customers through a wide range of media.

You will work with executive leaders across geographies, manage calendars, craft speeches and messages, and help shape strategic communications initiatives while upholding our core values and branding.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of corporate communications experience.
• 1-3 years of writing and campaign creation in an ad agency environment.
• Knowledge of HubSpot is required.
• Comfortable engaging with executive leaders and teams across business units and geographies.
• Ability to think on your toes and exercise judgment under tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to drive projects with colleagues in various locations.
• Creative, organized, flexible, and able to handle pressure with a positive attitude.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear narratives.
• Experience developing creative approaches to difficult communications challenges for multiple audiences.
• Willing to roll up one's sleeves and get work done, even when outside the scope of the job.

ADP is hiring a Sr. Communications Specialist (in Florham Park, NJ only). In this position you will plan, write, design and execute communications programs targeted for internal employees and clients.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in implementing innovative internal communication campaigns and customer awareness campaigns in a corporate setting, and has a passion for storytelling and driving employee/customer engagement. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• 5-7 years of communications experience in a corporate setting
• 1-3 years of writing and campaign creation in an ad agency environment
• Knowledge of hubspot necessary
• Comfortable engaging with executive leaders and teams across business units and collaborating with teams and individuals in different geographical locations
• Ability to think on your toes and exercise judgment, particularly in narrow time-frames
• Keenly focused and able to pay attention to details and develop projects with colleagues in a wide range of locations and job functions
• The ideal candidate is creative, organized, flexible, works well under pressure and has a positive attitude
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view, and create a concise and well-written narrative
• Experience developing creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges being mindful of the needs of several different audiences
• Willing to roll up one's sleeves and get work done, even when at times it's outside the scope of the job.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Communications experience in media, Internet, technology, payroll/HR services/financial services industries is highly preferred
• Experience working within a multi-national company and engaging teams and individuals offsite
• Knowledge of social media platforms, graphic design and video production; knowledge of HTML and Adobe Create Suite is a plus
