  • Are you ready to join a company offering career advancement opportunities throughout your career journey?

This may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?

This is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative, client‑focused, and self‑driven individual with curiosity for continuous learning and an interest in building a career in client service, focused on security and technology.

In this role, you will help develop materials to educate and reinforce ADP's associates' knowledge of their information security responsibilities, to help protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of ADP's information. This role is key in helping reduce associate‑caused security incidents by managing the design and deployment of compelling security‑focused content that addresses security needs across multiple business lines.

You will provide top‑notch client service to internal and external clients. You will be one of the key security advocates and will be responsible for various styles of associate and client communications, advocacy and assurance.

The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help internal and external clients. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide.

What you’ll do
  • Educate ADP associates on security best practices, standards and policies in a fun, engaging way through communication campaigns and materials (emails, blogs, infographics, videos, presentations, webinars, office events…)
  • Monitor and manage our security mailbox and help answer associate and client security inquiries
  • Help create and disseminate client statements and security alerts
  • Manage our security communication channels and materials, keeping the content up‑to‑date on internal and external websites
  • Lead, coordinate or support ongoing strategic projects
To succeed in this role
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2‑4 years of professional work experience in communications, marketing, business, information technology, risk or security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English (writing samples may be required)
  • Your ability to grasp, translate and present technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and visuals (presentation samples may be required)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, ensuring projects are organized, deadlines are met and leadership is informed throughout
  • Strong relationship‑building skills – you build rapport, establish trust and shine with professionalism, and communicate with senior stakeholders in a respectful and thoughtful manner
  • Flexibility and agility – you adapt to changing requirements, projects and resources to meet business needs and work seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaboration – strong team player, comfortable working within a team across multiple time zones
  • Autonomy – work autonomously, proactively tackle challenges, while thriving in collaborative team environments
  • Innovative thinking – seek opportunities to apply innovative design thinking to your materials and stay abreast of industry trends in security, communications and learning
Bonus points for these
  • Graphic design knowledge and/or certification (PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign…)
  • Knowledge of the IT Security industry and principles of security governance, risk, controls and frameworks such as NIST
  • Experience in security communications and/or training focused on driving cultural change for diverse global audiences
  • Experience with data analysis and measures to track and report on the efficiency of the deployed initiatives and progress toward transformation
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word…)
You’ll love working here because you can
  • Be yourself in a culture that values equity, inclusion and belonging and creates a safe space for diverse perspectives and insights
  • Belong by joining one of nine Business Resource Groups where you can connect globally with networks and allies who share common interests and experiences
  • Grow your career in an agile, fast‑paced environment with plenty of opportunities to progress
  • Continuously learn – ongoing training, development and mentorship opportunities for even the most insatiable learner
  • Be healthy – best‑in‑class benefits start on Day 1 because healthy associates are happy ones
  • Balance work and life – resources and flexibility to more easily integrate your work and your life
  • Focus on mental health and well‑being – we’re here to provide exceptional service to our clients and we all take care of ourselves and each other
  • Join a company committed to giving back and generating a lasting, positive impact upon the communities in which we work and live
