Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Sr. Commercial Relationship Specialist to provide high-level support to Relationship Managers and clients within Commercial Banking, helping to develop and sustain strong client relationships.

The role involves coordinating servicing requests, onboarding deposits, maintaining loan and deposit records, and ensuring accurate processing of payments and documentation. You will deliver professional service, handle inquiries, and coordinate with internal partners to resolve

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of general banking experience, or 3+ years of commercial banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships.
• Act as point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests related to client relationsh(i)ps.
• Assist with post-closing items such as exception citing's, covenant items, and booking accuracy.
• Work closely with Relationship Manager(s) to onboard new Deposit Accounts and guide clients to the appropriate servicing resource.
• Maintain client records for both loan and deposit accounts.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service while answering questions, researching issues, and providing resolutions as needed.
• Facilitate loan payments, loan payoffs, and collateral release requests.
• Assist with Analysis Refund requests.
• Facilitate no-pin wires.
• Assist with transfers (account to account, loan to account).
• Manage daily customer overdraft communication and decisioning.
• Assist with Loan and Deposit Account information/documentation.
• Assist with Salesforce maintenance.
• Other duties as necessary.

Compensation Range:

$59,085 - $86,922
