Sr. Commercial Product Manager, NGS Solutions

This position is part of the Gene Reading Solutions team located in Boulder, CO and is fully remote. We celebrate our differences and promote an inclusive environment where everyone can achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop an annual strategic plan to achieve product revenue and margin growth objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Serve as a commercial subject matter expert and product champion, analyzing and responding to customer feedback, market trends, competitor performance, sales channels, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including new product launches and obsolescence strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop positioning strategies, marketing campaigns, collateral, sales tools, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations on supply issues and communicate effectively with commercial teams and customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in biological sciences or a Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in NGS Oncology product management or a similar technical environment.
  • Proven track record in assay commercialization within genomics, NGS, or related industries.
  • 2+ years in high-touch customer-facing roles.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • PhD in biological sciences or related field.
  • Understanding of competitors, technologies, trends, and challenges in the NGS and oncology research market.
  • Over 5 years of experience in biotech, genomics, or NGS industries.

We offer flexible remote work arrangements, a salary range of $150,000 - $180,000, bonus/incentives, and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, insurance, and 401(k).
