Job summary

First American, National Commercial Services, is hiring a Sr. Commercial Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team in commercial real estate transactions.

You will assist with closing documents, disbursement, and follow-up while maintaining exceptional customer service and accuracy. You will communicate with customers throughout the escrow process, interpret agreements, and use new technologies to improve efficiency and deliver a superior experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as an Escrow Assistant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

First American is looking to add an Sr. Commercial Escrow Assistant to our growing commercial real estate team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in transforming commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as needed
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicates with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience

Pay Range: $25.49 - $33.98 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
