Job summary

FinTrust Connect Careers is partnering with a regional bank to hire a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for Orlando, FL. The role focuses on commercial, middle market, and CRE clients, requiring a proven ability to originate new C&I relationships, structure credit solutions, and serve as a trusted financial advisor in Central Florida.

The candidate will work on-site in Orlando, collaborate with credit officers, and help expand an existing portfolio while delivering sound credit judgment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 6–8+ years of commercial banking, relationship management, lending, or comparable financial services experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and expanding commercial client relationships.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit analysis, loan structuring, pricing, collateral, guarantees, and financial statement analysis.
• Working knowledge of lending policies, covenant monitoring, credit risk management, and applicable banking regulations.
