This is a unique opportunity to solve meaningful and complex cloud platform challenges with the support of a highly collaborative and skilled engineering team (inclusive of software, ML, embedded, and hardware engineers), enabling you to see your work make a visible difference. Our client is an established, medium-sized, globally operating industrial technology company that’s in an exciting stage of growth. As Sr. Cloud Platform Engineer within their Engineering team, you will lead and influence key platform decisions, take ownership of outcomes, and build what comes next. This role is built for an AI-enabled cloud platform engineer who brings strong judgment, curiosity, and accountability to projects that matter.
As Sr. Cloud Platform Engineer, you will own the platform supporting our client’s proven product and meaningful customer base. The next stage of organizational growth will include architecting and modernizing the cloud environment, reducing unnecessary complexity, building a stronger foundation for scale, security, reliability, and continued innovation. You will help architect and build the infrastructure of a platform that processes significant volumes of machine-generated data from connected sensors. Using your experience across AWS/Azure, Infrastructure as Code, serverless and containerized systems, observability, security, and event-driven architecture, you’ll define firsthand how data is ingested, processed, stored, and delivered.
If you are energized by environments where high autonomy meets high collaboration, seeing your work come to life, relying on your technical instincts and judgment, and building alongside a curious and low-ego team, we’d love to speak with you about career growth and job opportunities.
