Job summary

AnaVation, LLC is seeking a senior-level Cloud Developer to design and implement cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks. You will automate cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices and support a robust hybrid cloud infrastructure in Chantilly, VA.

The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI access eligibility and SAFe Agile experience. On-site work with our customer in Chantilly, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• Eligible for TS clearance with SCI access and CI polygraph.
• Experience building cloud service delivery models across PaaS/IaaS/SaaS/DaaS.
• Proficiency with SAFe Agile and cloud security in government contexts.

Responsibilities

Description of Task to be Performed

Come join our growing team and make a difference every day! AnaVation is seeking an experienced, senior-level Cloud Developer to design and implement cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks. In this role, you'll automate cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices and help support a robust hybrid cloud infrastructure that delivers reliable, high-bandwidth services across the enterprise. This position is 100% on-site in Chantilly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS
• Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices
• Analyze applications and make recommendations for migration to cloud environments
• Provide strategies for failure/recovery and cost optimization of cloud services
• Develop and implement cloud applications and migrate existing on-premises applications to the cloud
• Debug cloud stacks and manage policies for the use of cloud services
• Establish secure cloud environments and ensure appropriate availability/uptime design
• Work independently designing and developing new software products for cloud environments
• Enhance existing cloud software for performance and scalability
• Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
• Support the multi-enclave environment
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure seamless integration

This position requires an active Top Secret (TS) clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph. This position is on-site with our customer in Chantilly, VA.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with a CI polygraph.
• Experience with SAFe Agile framework
• Strong understanding of cloud security requirements in government environments
• Proficiency with:
  • AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S cloud platforms
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Cloud security implementation
  • CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments
  • Monitoring and logging solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferred
• Knowledge of Nutanix and Terraform
• Experience with:
  • Python, .NET C#, or other development languages
  • DevSecOps practices and tools
  • Microservices architecture
  • API Gateway implementation
  • Elasticsearch, Splunk, and other data platforms
  • SAFe Agile methodologies
  • Cost optimization techniques for cloud resources
  • Hybrid cloud and on-premises integration
