Role Description

The Sr. Clinical Supervisor is a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees clinical services for children and families, providing leadership, guidance, and support to clinical staff and ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical supervision sessions, reviewing and approving treatment plans, coordinating case management activities, and monitoring client progress. The Sr. Clinical Supervisor collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, participates in program development and quality improvement initiatives, and contributes to training and mentoring staff. This role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting compliance with agency policies, and fostering a trauma-informed, culturally responsive service environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in clinical practice, including Psychology and Clinical Supervision skills.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and related behavioral health interventions.
• Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including mentoring, performance feedback, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Case Management, including coordination of services, documentation, and follow-up.
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; licensure or license-eligibility preferred (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
