Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a Senior Clinical Research Participant Coordinator within the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center's Cellular Therapy Program. You will oversee planning, organizing, and evaluating complex clinical research participant management and data collection, liaising between study staff, participants, and clinical teams.

You will lead efforts to optimize data collection and recruitment methods, integrate research activities into clinical care, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Experience with early-phase or first-in-human clinical trials is preferred.
Oncology or cell/gene therapy experience and prior experience with multi-disciplinary clinical teams are preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and evaluate clinical research participant management and data collection for complex protocols.
Liaise between study staff, participants, and clinical staff, and facilitate integration of research activities into clinical care; educate staff and providers.
