What you will be doing

The Sr. Client Success Partner (Sr. CSP) is a sales-focused role responsible for achieving or exceeding revenue quotas for a book of business by selling the Albertsons Media Collective toolkit to clients. The Sr. CSP will build strategic annual marketing plans to support joint business growth, maintain client satisfaction through excellent service, and nurture client relationships from initial contact through growth phases. They will work closely with their Client Management team to ensure campaign excellence and identify upsell opportunities, aiming for strong ROI and client success.

Main responsibilities
  1. Manage and own the entire sales process, including pipeline development, proposal, negotiation, and closing, with goals to grow prior programs and test new products.
  2. Forecast and report on financial performance of a specific book of business.
  3. Build strategic partnerships with clients, merchandising, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Consult with clients regularly to understand priorities, ensure campaign performance, and provide updates.
  5. Create new client relationships proactively to generate revenue.
  6. Collaborate with the Client Management team to ensure campaign success and service quality.
  7. Develop processes for superior client support and escalate feedback internally.
  8. Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  9. Use insights to provide strategic recommendations and develop annual plans.
  10. Lead quarterly business reviews with key clients and stakeholders.
  11. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
  12. Develop strategic plans aligned with category growth.

The salary range is $95,400 to $123,900 annually, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, holidays, retirement plans, and quarterly bonuses. Starting salary varies based on experience, location, and qualifications, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.

What we are searching for
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, analytical, client-facing role, with a focus on CPG client relationships and new business development.
  • Experience with Retail Media Networks and working with CPG or supporting agencies preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing opportunities.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, shopper marketing, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and leadership capabilities.
