Job Description

The salary range for this role is $73,000 - $90,000/year + Bonus.

As a Sr. Client Services Analyst with Numerator, you’ll support a core set of clients via ad-hoc projects and analyses. Your responsibilities include guiding client users on Numerator’s Insights platform, leveraging our consumer panel data to deliver analytical insights and recommendations. Clients include Fortune 100 companies and fast-growing strategic customers across CPG, Retail, Electronics, Durable Goods, and Quick-Serve Restaurants.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Guide clients on navigating Numerator’s Insights platform, interpreting results, and designing reports to answer key business questions.
  • Leverage proprietary consumer panel data to generate insights that increase sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Numerator's data, solutions, and differentiators.
  • Discover consumer behavior insights for presentation in forums, articles, whitepapers, and blogs.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Desired experience in CPG, Brand Marketing, Market Research, Category Management, or Consumer Insights roles, or as a service provider to these functions.
  • Understanding of syndicated and household panel data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).
  • Knowledge of enterprise software for retail and consumer goods industries (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, NPD, Dunnhumby).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau, QlikView, or Business Objects.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships as a trusted partner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from data.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results promptly.
