Job Description

We are looking to add a Sr. Client Service Consultant to our Employee Benefits team in Denver, CO. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your potential, there is no place like Holmes!

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of a client account, including maintaining relationships at the executive level and communicating complex strategies to partners.
  2. Develop and oversee the scope of services for each client, including healthcare strategy and financial budgeting, collaborating with the sales team.
  3. Review existing insurance coverage, assess future needs, and develop growth strategies to increase both client and company revenue.
  4. Draft and manage complex RFPs, negotiate with vendors, and analyze proposals.
  5. Create and deliver tailored client presentations and communications.
  6. Review and provide feedback on employee communications, proposals, and contracts.
  7. Manage financial budgets, review financial reports, and update clients on health plan tracking.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
  • Active state-specific Life & Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within three months.
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, proactive in workflow and process contributions, and capable of managing tasks and delivering solutions.

The salary range for Colorado residents is $75,500–$125,800, based on experience and certifications. Holmes Murphy offers comprehensive total rewards including bonuses and wellbeing benefits.
