Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience, or HS/GED with 10+ years experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience. Licensing as required.

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to join our team in Mississippi. The Senior Client Service Manager is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a branch that consistently meets or exceeds revenue benchmark expectations. In this role, you will directly contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role working from one of our Mississippi offices 2-3 days a week and attending in-person meetings with clients.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred: Previous employee benefits insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
