Summary: The Senior Client Executive is responsible for growing organic revenue with clients by maintaining and expanding an assigned book of business. The role may involve integrated selling opportunities within the central region Select Business Unit (SBU).

This is a full-time role with salary plus commission, working fully remote or hybrid from any central region office.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Operate primarily within the central region SBU
  • Lead sales activities with small commercial clients
  • Collaborate with other NFP teams to develop and promote cross-market accounts, acquire new accounts, and identify opportunities within the territory
  • Stay informed on industry trends and client impacts to address market challenges
  • Make presentations and proposals, secure insurance bids, and close sales
  • Sell P&C insurance by preparing specifications, marketing strategies, and obtaining quotes
  • Build and maintain relationships with carriers
  • Use independent judgment in placing clients’ coverage with market carriers
  • Negotiate terms and pricing, and advise clients on insurance matters
  • Set and achieve sales targets in collaboration with management
  • Utilize technology like Salesforce and Epic for reporting
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on company products and services
  • Mentor and coach team members as needed
  • Make independent judgments regularly
Knowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs
  • Effective time management and decision-making skills
  • Follow-up skills and clear communication abilities
Education And/or Experience
  • BA/BS preferred
  • 3-5+ years of relevant industry sales experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registration
  • P&C Insurance Broker's license required
