Holmes Murphy is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join the Property Casualty team in Minnesota. The role focuses on independent daily claims management, client education, and strong customer service to support clients and internal teams.

The candidate will handle claims reporting, coverage explanations, and loss process guidance while ensuring accurate, timely information and responsive service. A college degree and 1–3 years in property/casualty claims are preferred.

Competenze

  • Education: College degree or property casualty claims and insurance experience preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years career experience. Property and casualty claims, agency and/or insurance experience a plus.
  • Licensing: State-specific state commercial & personal property-casualty license required or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
  • Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance. Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.

The salary range for Minnesota is $60,200-$100,200. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience and industry certifications. In addition to your salary, Holmes Murphy offers a comprehensive total rewards program including annual bonuses, total wellbeing benefits and support for professional development.
