Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Civil/Site Engineer | Project Manager to play key technical and managerial roles in site civil design and development projects. You will leverage your expertise in site design, collaborate with municipal agencies, and oversee projects from concept to final plan submission, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and manage all aspects of civil/site development projects, including data development, technical analysis, permitting, and construction drawings.
• Develop conceptual, preliminary, and final engineering plans.
• Oversee erosion/sediment control, utility plans, and manage permit applications.
• Serve as the technical expert in site layout, utility, grading, stormwater analyses, and permits.
• Perform civil engineering analyses using software tools.
• Conduct hydrology, hydraulic, drainage, and stormwater calculations; develop SWPPPs and obtain NDPES permits.
• Participate in field observations and construction inspections.
• Communicate with clients regarding project deliverables.
• Develop project proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent customer service, professionalism, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quality focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with reliability and punctuality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of civil/site design experience.
• PE credential required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
