• Experience with AWS services.

• Experience with chat platforms Dialogflow, Connect-Q, etc is a plus
• Experience with Hybrid RAG Agents, Trainable LLM’s is a plus
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree (MS in ML is preferred).
