Job summary

Teklead Corp. is seeking a Senior Chatbot Engineer to join our AI team in California. You will work on state-of-the-art ML, NLP, and Gen AI projects within a collaborative environment that values talent and creativity.

The role requires strong communication skills and agile teamwork. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Chatbot/RAG development, 2+ years ML/NLP, and 4+ years Python experience, with AWS and SQL proficiency. BS in CS or equivalent; MS in ML preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Chatbot and RAG app development.
• 2+ years ML and NLP experience.
• 4+ years Python experience.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Experience with SQL.
• Compiler development experience is a plus.
• Dialog platforms like Dialogflow, Connect-Q, etc. are a plus.
• Experience with Hybrid RAG Agents and Trainable LLMs is a plus.
• BS in CS or equivalent; MS in ML preferred.
