The mission of the Channel Area Sales Engineering (CASE) team is to empower partners to lead their own opportunities by focusing on readiness and partner enablement. CASE supports inside sales representatives and partner account managers in the Channel Area, serving as the connection point between direct sales and our partner ecosystem. This role supports our TOLA and Rockies sales areas, aiming to elevate partners' technical capabilities to sell Ericsson solutions independently. CASE assists partners in conducting demos, proof-of-concepts, discovery calls, and technical discussions, providing necessary support.
