Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in CPG, food, beverage, or related industry analytics.
• High proficiency in syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana/IRI).
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience using planogram software (JDA or similar).
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

• Create retailer category reviews and joint business planning support.
• Develop assortment, pricing, and shelving recommendations.
• Analyze promotional ROI and recommend optimizations.

You'll develop category insights and strategic recommendations for assigned customers or channels, helping drive brand and category performance. This role creates customer-facing reports and presentations in collaboration with internal teams. The Sr. Category Analyst also mentors junior team members and serves as a key thought partner influencing customer and business strategy.

What We Offer

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
