SR. CARDIAC SONOGRAPHER

San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $165,000 - $205,000 + Paid Relocation + Signing Bonus + Full Benefits

Schedule: 8:00-4:30 pm M-F with weekend rotation

Position: FT DAYS

Under supervision, performs echocardiographic ultrasound studies, interprets data, and develops reports with minimal supervision. Collaborates with team to ensure timely completion of exams. Proficient in all clinical modalities offered in the Echo Lab.

Basic Sonographer Requirements:

• RDCS, RCS, or RCCS certification
• BLS certification
• Completion of an approved cardiac sonographer training program
• Flexibility to rotate shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with adult cardiac echocardiograms
• Registry through ARDMS or CCI within 4 months of onboarding
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Senior Sonographer Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved sonographer training program
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience performing adult cardiac echos
• Current ARDMS or CCI registry
• Experience with congenital heart disease, HCM, VAD, ECMO, TAVR, Mitra-Clip, and advanced therapies
• Experience with EPIC EMR and Syngo Dynamics preferred

Skills and Certifications:

• Current registry (ARDMS or CCI)
• AHA BLS
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work at all Medical Center locations

Ideal Candidate:

• Registry through ARDMS or CCI
• 1+ years post-graduate experience
• Experience with congenital heart disease and HCM patients
