KBR's Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) division delivers mission‑critical services to the U.S. military and coalition partners worldwide. Key capabilities include base operations, contingency and expeditionary support, next‑generation asset management, digitally‑focused logistics, prepositioned stock, and integrated supply chain management.
This position is responsible for developing captures and campaigns within the Readiness & Sustainment Solutions business unit that leverage internal and industry connections to win new work. As a Sr. Capture Manager, responsibilities include research and analysis of business opportunities consistent with the organization’s long‑range and strategic plans. The role evaluates projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning, and may assist with special studies in operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, or cost containment. The individual identifies market opportunities and leads sales and technical teams to grow profitable revenue. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client contacts, typically at the General Manager level, will be a critical skill for success.
