Job summary

ZT Group Int’l. dba ZT Systems seeks a procurement/supply chain professional to optimize demand and supply, execute forecast releases and POs, and coordinate logistics for server-related products.

You will identify risks, monitor shortages, and drive supplier performance improvements while collaborating across teams to meet company objectives and maintain strong supplier relationships. The role emphasizes analytical rigor and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of direct experience in a procurement or supply chain function in Computer OEM/ODM Manufacturing or Server System Solution industry.
• Proficiency with procurement and supply chain principles and skills.
• Advanced knowledge of order management, fulfillment concepts and processes.
• Strong analytical and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to optimize demand and supply; analyze demand, plan supply, and manage inventory for mechanical products.
• Execute procurement including forecast releasing, PO processing, and logistics arrangement.
• Identify supply risks and mitigate; monitor shortages and excess inventory.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality, terms, and delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance with key metrics: delivery, responsiveness, quality, and flexibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier scheduling, visibility, and communication.
• Identify opportunities for internal/external process improvement and develop recommendations.
• Plan actions with structured trackers; work across teams to drive results.

What You will Do

• Collaborate with counterparts to ensure end-to-end supply-demand optimization, such as; Demand analysis, Supply planning, and Inventory management for mechanical products.


• Procurement execution including forecast releasing, PO process, and logistics arrangement


• Identify supply risks and prepare mitigation actions. Monitoring the supply shortage and inventory excess to ensure healthy supply.


• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality, terms, and delivery.


• Monitor vendor performance through key metrics: delivery, responsiveness, quality, and flexibility.


• Drive continuous improvement in supplier scheduling, material visibility, and communication processes.


• Identify opportunities for internal/external process improvement and develop recommendations.

• Planning and Organization: plan actions with well-structure tracker.


• Accountability: takes action proactively and timely until issue resolves.


• Teamwork: Works effectively across organizations to achieve company goals and objectives.


• Drive for results: Consistently goes above and beyond what the job or situation requires.


• Detail oriented: Pay attention to details for info accuracy.


• Proficiency in English.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.


• 3+ years of direct experience in a procurement or supply chain function in the Computer OEM/ODM Manufacturing or Server System Solution industry.


• An understanding of server products preferred (alternatively an MS degree and 2+ years’ experience).


• Proficiency in procurement and supply chain principles and skills.


• Advanced knowledge of order management, fulfillment concepts and processes.


• Strong analytical and communications skills.


• Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.


• Planning and Organization: plan actions with well-structure tracker.
