• Strong working knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and capacity planning
• Manufacturing experience required; aerospace industry experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Proven negotiation and supplier management abilities
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Management Lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management for all production materials
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms to hit cost and delivery targets
• Drive supplier performance across on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness
• Manage open purchase orders and resolve issues including delays, shortages, and quality concerns
• Identify and implement cost reduction and supply continuity strategies
• Production Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules aligned to customer commitments and revenue priorities
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans based on capacity, labor, and material constraints
• Communicate clear build plans and priorities across the production floor
• Material Planning & Inventory Own material planning to ensure alignment with production schedules
• Establish and manage inventory policies (min/max, safety stock) to prevent shortages and minimize excess
• Execute MRP planning within ERP systems and proactively identify and mitigate supply risks
