Neteffects, a leading IT staffing firm, is seeking a Procurement Manager in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will manage purchasing processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain supplier relationships. A background in supply chain or relevant buyer experience is essential for success in this role.
BA degree or 10+ years of buyer experience required.
Preferred: BS in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; APICS certification.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA compliance in a manufacturing setting.
Willing to travel up to 25%.
Manage purchasing through Oracle ERP system and ensure timely deliveries.
Track supplier performance, inventory, and key metrics; report and address gaps.
Lead continuous improvement projects and purchasing best practices.
Oversee supplier relationships, hold regular reviews, and implement improvements.
Apply lean principles like Kanban and Min/Max to optimize inventory levels.
Communicate material/service needs to suppliers and escalate issues as needed.
Negotiate pricing and terms in coordination with the Senior Commodity Manager.
Maintain key procurement system settings (e.g., lead times, MoQs, safety stocks).
Resolve order, receiving, and accounts payable issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Support and promote safety and environmental initiatives.
