The role focuses on leading purchasing, supplier management, and cost control to meet operational and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in purchasing or procurement, plant manufacturing experience, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred), and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years purchasing, supply chain, or procurement experience required.
• Experience in a plant manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts preferred.
