Location and Work Environment: This position is based in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, or Frisco, TX. It is not remote; it requires at least 3 days a week in the office in a hybrid environment.

About the Role:

As a Sr. Business Strategist in TFB's MarTech Strategy team, you will collaborate with marketing leaders to develop and execute the MarTech strategy. Your responsibilities include evaluating new solutions, tracking industry trends, and providing insights across departments like Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead projects by understanding MarTech issues, performing analyses, and influencing decisions.
  2. Synthesize recommendations and assess their business impact.
  3. Create and deliver executive-level presentations with complex findings.
  4. Identify industry and competitor trends, delivering insights to teams.
  5. Build financial models and decision-making tools such as market share and business case estimates.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain buy-in and drive change.
  7. Craft tailored messaging for different audiences, summarizing past performance and future initiatives.
  8. Support strategy projects with ad-hoc team deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required)
  • Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years in management consulting, IT, or related fields involving quantitative analysis and executive presentations (Required)
  • Experience in B2B, Product Strategy, or Telecom (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years in strategy and problem solving (Required)
  • At least 2 years managing projects independently (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Business insight into models, pricing, and channels.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive presentations.
  • Critical thinking and research interest.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the wireless and telecom industry (Preferred).

Additional requirements include being at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and willingness to travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range: $129,700 - $234,000. Additional bonuses and benefits are offered, including health insurance, paid time off, stock options, discounts, and more. For details, visit our benefits page.
