Minimum Qualifications:

• Specialized Experience: At least 5 years in reengineering large-scale processes and knowledge of Minority Business law.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related; Master’s degree or project management certification preferred.
• Experience: At least 10 years, with expertise in process improvement, reengineering, and project management.
• Leadership: Proven leadership in successful projects delivered on time and budget.
• Skills: Excellent communication, proficient with Microsoft Project, experience in methodology development, change management, organizational development, and information system practices.
