Aleph is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager with extensive experience in solutions selling and a proven ability to influence executive-level customers to drive new business. The candidate will be responsible for sophisticating advertisers on Tik Tok’s platform and driving incremental revenue. This will be accomplished by identifying advertiser’s business objectives and preparing proposals with solutions that address their specific business objectives.
They should have operational knowledge of Big6 agencies, direct advertisers, and experience with executive stakeholders across social, video, mobile, and digital teams. A proven track record in scaling agency and direct advertising investment is essential, along with strong relationships with key agency and client executives.
The role involves working cross-functionally with Aleph’s sales organization to onboard priority accounts and elevate agency partners and direct clients to partner status. The ideal candidate will bring a creative mindset, strategic focus, and be an outstanding public speaker and storyteller.
