Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking an experienced analyst to prepare operations analyses, assess competitiveness, and optimize capacity utilization. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies across electric and gas operations.

The position involves contributing to process improvement, forecasting, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree required.
• Six or more years of related field experience.

Job Summary

Prepares operations analyses, including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization, and makes recommendations for improvement. Develops process analyses, designs and simulations. Requires a solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry and possesses strong analytical skills. Provides statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of personnel, equipment and materials for electric and/or gas operations. Performs analyses of the operation's cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations. May track, maintain and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.

Education And Experience

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Six (6) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.
