This role requires comfort with preparing and presenting materials for a wide range of audiences, including Commerce leadership.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  2. Lead as the Business Intelligence expert for multiple squads in an agile work environment, providing stakeholders with tailored insights and data.
  3. Assist the Commerce Product team by analyzing the performance of new and existing features/modules/pages.
  4. Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for the Content Commerce team, detailing the effectiveness of various commerce content types.
  5. Conduct ad hoc analyses for Commerce Leadership and key stakeholders; present and communicate performance results and findings effectively.
  6. Monitor data quality issues, partnering with data and instrumentation teams to identify and address gaps/inconsistencies in tracking.

Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing end-to-end performance of commerce content is essential.
  • 3+ years of experience generating actionable insights for data-driven decisions in product development with excellent user experiences.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Google/Looker Studio, Tableau, Domo, Looker, or similar, including reporting automation.
  • Expertise in crafting, interpreting, and tailoring SQL queries for comprehensive user analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office.

  • Experience conducting analyses for Digital Content and/or Product teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills for crafting and presenting data-driven insights, articulating performance and opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines with both data-focused and non-data-focused individuals.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude, eager to resolve technical/instrumentation issues.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and pressing stakeholder needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or Mathematics, with experience in digital analytics and insights delivery.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with Editorial and Business teams for strategic analysis.
  • Knowledge of market analytics tools (e.g., Comscore, SimilarWeb).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and high emotional intelligence, focused on driving growth results.
