Job summary

NORTH STAR Group in Rockville, MD is seeking a Sr. Business Functional Analyst to conduct business process analyses and gather requirements for ERP and CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and project documentation.

Sr. Business Functional Analysts Bachelors

Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering that will provide necessary data to write functional specification documents. Design Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, business solutions using best business practice to fulfill customer needs. Design system interfaces to accommodate data flow between customer and its external business partners. System configuration and system enhancements. Use testing skills to define and execute tests to determine solutions' ability to meet customer specifications and project specifications. Create project plans, scope documents and communicate project status. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks. Utilize Oracle ERP, Siebel CRM, PeopleSoft and SAP. Provide business user training and end user support. Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites within the United States is required.
International travel is not required. Exact client site location cannot be predicted as it may vary/change depending on project availability.

Salary Offered:$152,048.00/ year

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related, Math, any Engineering, or Business related.

Experience: 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Consultant or related
