Job description

The Sr. Business Development Representative plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities by engaging with and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport, guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales process, and connecting them with account executives. This position is critical to driving sales and expanding the company's client base.

Responsibilities
  1. Make a minimum of 50 dials per day
  2. Set at least 1 appointment with 40 dials per day minimum
  3. Set at least 2 appointments with no dial minimum
  4. Achieve 12 appointments per month
  5. Hold at least 10 meetings per month
  6. Maintain an 80% show rate
  7. Assist other BDRs with questions and training
  8. Contact potential clients via cold calls and emails
  9. Present our company to potential clients
  10. Identify client needs and recommend suitable products/services
  11. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  12. Proactively seek new business opportunities
  13. Arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
  14. Report sales results to the Business Development Manager weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  15. Stay informed about new products, services, and pricing plans
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
  2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
  3. Track record of meeting sales quotas
  4. Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
  5. Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts
  6. Understanding of sales performance metrics
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  8. Ability to deliver engaging presentations
