This range is provided by Infusion Partners LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Relevant Business Development and Pipeline Mangement Experience
  • Telecom Experience required
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of external partners (- major partners), with direct accountability for P&L and/or partner revenue for $500M/year business
  • Working Knowledge of Wholesale Business Practices Manage and drive the complete sales cycle of new partnerships: a) Structure complex strategic partnerships, b) develop key economic, business, and operational models C) negotiate win-win commercial terms maximizing the value of the deal d) drive and execute detailed contracts with support from the Legal team. Establish repeatable processes to prioritize and close new opportunities
  • Responsible for identifying new wholesale opportunities, building & managing sales funnel, close deals and meeting and exceeding the sales objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and business goals.
  • Strategic Sales and Business Development experience in wholesale wireless, high-tech, or consumer electronics industries, or with wireless industry OEMs

Skill requirements:

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience in negotiating complete complex contracts/exhibits, RFP and RFI responses, co-marketing agreements, and related documentation and collaboration

Exceptionally strong strategic, industry, and financial/economic analysis skills.

Solid Excel financial modeling skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer behavior, and industry trends.

Experience leading business case modeling for complex >$100M/year deals

Sound technical foundation understanding of key wireless and internet technologies and understanding wireless telecom network and OSS/BSS technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including C-level permanent interaction, negotiation and presentations.

Proven ability to cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships.

Experience as analyst or engagement manager for top tier management consulting firm with experience in mobile telecommunications.

Strong cross-functional experience with engineering, operations, finance, product development, marketing, and other business groups

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple-term sheet and contracting processes, leveraging internal and external counsel

Ability to lead in a complex matrixed environment without direct authority and successfully lead to execute with excellence and strong results

High School Diploma/GED Engineering, Business. MBA Preferred
