Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across warehousing and operations. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, design data models, and transform data using SQL and DAX.

Collaboration with HR, Finance, and site leaders is essential to deliver actionable insights. The role emphasizes developing scalable analytics solutions, mentoring teams, and leading projects across multiple sites onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Extensive experience querying, cleaning, and transforming data with SQL or similar languages.
• Proficiency in Power BI: dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Proficiency in writing DAX to automate/enhance Power BI reports.
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources.
• Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and modern analytics trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate data into insights.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects.
• Must be able to work fully onsite if role based out of a warehouse.

Schedule

This position follows a regular 5-day schedule and may be either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, ensuring coverage on one weekend day each week.

The Sr Business Data Analyst role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000.

For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience, required
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, required
• Extensive experience using SQL or other scripting languages (such as Python or R) to query, clean, and transform data, required
• Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and reports from scratch, required
• Proficiency in writing DAX expressions to automate and enhance Power BI reports, required
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources, requiredStrong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling techniques, and modern analytics trends, required
