Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for warehousing operations. You will build dashboards, develop Power BI reports, and collaborate with site leadership to drive efficiency.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL/DAX skills, experience with data pipelines, and the ability to lead analytics projects across multiple sites. Onsite role with opportunity to shape data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• Extensive experience using SQL or scripting languages (Python/R) to query and transform data.
• Proficiency in Power BI, building dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Proficiency in writing DAX expressions to automate Power BI reports.
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and analytics trends.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects.
• Must be able to work onsite if role is based out of a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with analytics trends and apply best practices to improve processes.
• Support site startups by implementing analytics tools and reporting frameworks.

The Sr Business Data Analyst role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000. For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000.

Required Experience
