Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Sr Business Consultant to lead business analysis and ensure alignment across functions in support of divisional strategies and enterprise initiatives. You will provide oversight of project teams, resources, and budgets to deliver programs on schedule.

You will interact with senior management, support prioritization of transformational activities, and track progress to goals while delivering strong presentations and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or health care operations.
• 3 years leading large, complex multi-million dollar projects.
