What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discussions with business partners regarding ERP capabilities, functions, and processes
- Identify gaps or risks in business processes and recommend enhancements or improvements
- Analyze large data sets to prepare for migrations to the ERP system
- Perform functional testing on the PeopleSoft ERP system and troubleshoot related issues
- Provide training on new business processes and support post-deployment monitoring

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft ERP
- Intermediate proficiency with PC-based software programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing requirements for projects
- Migration experience moving businesses from one financial tool to another
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean initiatives
