Healthfirst is seeking a Senior Business Analyst- Provider Data Operations (PDO) to lead data analysis, reporting, and process improvement across the provider data workflow. You will guide junior analysts, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure regulatory and corporate standards are met.
You will develop project plans, monitor milestones, and deliver timely reports while identifying opportunities to optimize operations and decision making within the PDO.
The Senior Business Analyst- Provider Data Operations (PDO) is responsible for business process review, data analysis and reporting as it relates to activities which ensure operational effectiveness. Incumbents assist management by coordinating workflow and working directly with more junior analysts, analyzing data, creating and maintaining reporting, recommending and supporting decision making with the goal of departmental effectiveness and improvement. The Senior Business Analyst -PDO is responsible for providing guidance to other analysts in accordance with regulatory, compliance and corporate requirements and analyzing reports to direct the supervision of inventory and performance management as well as business process/Ad hoc reporting and data analysis as it relates to activities which ensure operational effectiveness. Incumbents assist management by participating in and directing analysts in creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports and data, identifying useful information, while recommending and supporting decision making. The Senior Business Analyst - PDO owns project goals by developing project plans, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, providing timely reporting, and resolving conflicts – including the documentation and prioritization of assignments.
