Job summary

Healthfirst in New York City is looking for a dynamic professional to lead initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Job description

Responsibilities
  • Lead special initiatives, small to mid‑scale initiatives, and ad‑hoc activities within the Healthfirst product portfolio.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal business partners, contributors, and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities.
  • Support the Manager, Senior Manager, and Director with product initiative planning and execution, including collecting and organizing documentation for successful execution.
  • Participate in product‑driven workgroups to provide input on product designs, enhancements, and implementation plans.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Enrollment & Billing, Claims, Member Services, Compliance, Sales, Finance, Clinical/Network Management, and senior management to implement new products, product enhancements, business implementations, and end‑to‑end process improvements.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to projects or assignments, keeping all areas informed through written and oral reports.
  • Ensure communication to all impacted areas and serve as the subject‑matter expert on product requirements for other business units.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Experience in Annual Notice of Change and Evidence of Coverage.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Hiring Range*:
    • Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $81,100 – $117,470
    • All Other Locations (within approved locations): $71,600 – $106,505
  • Full range of benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, incentive and recognition programs, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
  • Salary and related compensation will be contingent upon work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent.
